Any active GSC member or representative is eligible to nominate themselves or a fellow peer for the following leadership positions:
- President(s)
- Vice President of Advocacy
- Vice President of Engagement
- Vice President of Finance
- Vice President of Engagement
- Vice President of Information
All position job descriptions are located on our website within the GSC Officers page and linked in the nominations form.
Elections Timeline (subject to change)
- Thursday, April 3: Nominations and Elections Form Released
- Tuesday, April 8: Nominations Deadline (6pm MT)
- Wednesday, April 9: Elections Slate with Bios and Statements and Virtual Live Q&A Forum (e.g. Teams or Slack)
- Monday, April 10 to Monday, April 17: GSC Representative Voting (ASCSU Elections Manager will send a unique Qualtrics link to each GSC Representative to vote)
- Monday, April 17: Elections Results Posted (6pm MT)
- Monday May 5 to Friday, May 9: Officer Transition Meetings
- TBD: Incoming GSC Co/President(s) begin term with ASCSU Ratification (dual role as ASCSU Graduate Affairs Director(s) and Meetings with Incoming Student Body President/Vice President)
- Tuesday, July 1: Incoming Officer VPs begin term
